The Kooks

Might I say I've fallen deeper in love with The Kooks? (it's always the case isn't it, when the show is taken up to a whole new level--- right before your eyes.) Caught The Kooks on wednesday with Jared and Jed and my pretty cardigan weather matey! I'm really glad Sijia91 enjoyed herself (I'm assuming she did.) And I have prove: She was screaming about frantically-- "I KNOW THIS SONG! YES THIS ONE! I KNOW THIS SONG! FINALLY!! ONE SONG I KNOW!"-- Hahahahahaha I'm quite sure she converted into an avid fan after that night. #yay #chemistrylevelup
We have started on Cardigan Weather plans and we're praying it will work out well. (inserts epic teehee) On a side note, I'm almost done with UT2 and, the Parrys touch down in S'pore on Monday. It is going to be extremely exciting.

Work resumes this August, Lord I receive Your grace for the month!

Second random note, i got back to writing! A few letters due but better late than never yes. Wrote some drafties here and there whenever I had the feels too haha. So I guess, something's changed on the inside recently.. I can just sense this, this difference. Like a supernatural hunger and new visions for dreams I thought I'd lost.

Speaking of hunger, it really doesn't help that I eat as much despite feeling ill the last couple of weeks. Wondodnsjzbhsb ah well, cheers to great food - both spiritual gluttony and the physical. July is going to be fruitful, and passed with great favour, amen :-)

IGNITE! 2012

Hello,

It's been a pretty insane week. I really wanna get going about the week but as of 10 seconds ago, I confirmed my Hillsong Conference 2013 registration so to be honest I am so excited I can eat a whale right now heh heh heh. My hipster bandmate and I bought our tickets by faith in hope that everything will work out for the trip to Sydney. That includes finances, accommodation and school leave approval! So yay thank You Lord, you'll make it happen.

I got that out, now for Ignite 2012.
Met a really cool friend. I say that not because she has a rainbow on her head (though she does), but it was pretty cool how things turned out the way they did. So if there's one major thing I'm thankful for during this time at Ignite, it'd be having met her! (So Trisha if you ever get to reading this, we will have our DIY date when things get less packed yes!) Anws, I was quite sick throughout. Ridiculous throat and flu-ey... so didn't get to enjoy as much as I hoped to have. Oh well, was a pretty interesting experience nonetheless! Some pictures and I'm gna go back to my bed and ellie.

Updates

There's just been too many crazy things going on so I'll let the pictures do the talking. Before that though, the gig buffet's really pumped me up to get me off my ass to start doing something with my music. Jeanie in tha bottle and I decided we might just do a collab afterall. We'll be 'Cardigan Weather' after Meg & Dia's write. Heh heh heh so we are praying we'll be kickass and we'll get on Ignite/ Baybeats next year ~ #thrilled. First though, we gta find drums bass and guits to come along our ride. In the meantime, we'll be working with what ever we have on hand. *cues in "two....is better than one..." haha. Alright fellas, I'm in class and as you can tell, terribly distracted.
