road/write'13 (day one)

// Okay, this.
We saw this staring back at us from the windows at
about 2489630957623 ft up in the air @ 4+ am in the morning on flight.
It was so beautiful I could cry.
(Favourite part of the day no.1)

// We met this coolster girl Serene on her flight to transit at Taiwan to fly in to Tokyo! Travelling all by herself to go attend a music festival and found out she's my senior we did the exact same course as I did wooo ~

// Meet An An, Jean's nephew, also my playmate for one whole evening. You win the cutest kiddo of the month :'D

// *WARNING: feels pictures coming up* hahaaha

// Day one: Ximending

// We spotted a pretty little cafe up the second level of one of the stores, called Caffee. (Favourite part of the day no.2 hehe)

// Piao Liang gur 101

// Favourite part of the day no. 3, this is Jean's Ah Ma. Smiling her widest at the age of 83! We got to pray for her and just love on her for the night, and we're gonna keep believing she lives well and has her health up and strong again in no time. We know Jesus is with you Ah Ma :)

And this is Jean's video ---> hehe

So there, summary of our first day in Taiwan :')
Thank You Jesus for an even more fruitful day 2!

Goodbye world and wish us all the best ~

Hole In Your Hand

Meowmeow hello world,

so I finally got down to doing a decent video of an original a couple days back so here's the final product :)

so,
Jean and I are leaving for our adventure in Taiwan tomorrow! We're gonna come back with more videos and I believe, our own stories to tell. It's been a pretty crazy time the last 3 months and we're both heading there with a confident expectation of good things to come out of this trip.

I'm really thankful for everyone who's been praying for us and with us throughout this time and for those who've not stopped believing in us and all that we've been graced to do. And really, I guess that's what this song is about... Realising that despite our endless failures, He laid Himself down and made that the only valid argument.

Growing up, it has been in my nature to fight in a posture of defensiveness/ rebellion, and I've been to insane places just because of hurt and anger and the hope to save my pride. But if there's just one thing I've learnt, it'd be that because He did what He did, I can fight with "my hands lifted high and arms open wide" today.

My flesh and my heart fail;
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
(Psalm 73:26)

note to self: No more fist for fist and hurt for hurt, I'm retaliating with a heart of worship.

Goodnight :')
